UL Mark

UL Mark (UL Listed & cUL Listed)

The Underwriters Laboratories’ UL symbol means the product, after a series of testing, meets UL’s nationally recognized Standards of Safety. UL is a non-profit organization dedicated to public safety and Bulb Daddy is proud almost all of our products meet their stringent testing and safety standards.

ETL Listed

Intertek’s ETL Listed symbol is proof the product has been independently tested and meets the applicable published standard. The ETL mark shows the product’s compliance to North American safety standards. Intertek is one of the world's largest Testing, Inspection and Certification companies and Bulb Daddy proudly displays the ETL mark on our products that meet their demanding testing standards.

The FCC mark is a certification mark used on electronic products manufactured or sold in the United States which certifies that the electromagnetic interference from the device is under the limits approved by the Federal Communications Commission. All Bulb Daddy products carry the FCC mark.

Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Compliant

RoHS Compliant means the product is lead-free and restricts the use of six hazardous materials often found in electrical products (Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls, and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers). The Design Lights Consortium promotes quality, performance and energy-efficient commercial sector lighting solutions through collaboration among its federal, regional, state, utility, and energy efficiency program members, luminaire manufacturers, lighting designers, and other industry stakeholders throughout the US and Canada. At Buy LEDs, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services. Below, you’ll find important details about our shipping options, return policy, and refund process.

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Carrier: We use UPS Ground for all orders. Standard shipping time for UPS Ground orders is 5-10 business days in transit.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to a faster shipping option at checkout. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for expedited shipping.

  • Tracking Information: All orders placed on our website receive a tracking number. Customers will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been picked up for delivery. Please note that Buy LEDs cannot guarantee delivery times for ground shipping.

  • Transit Time: Transit times vary based on the destination. Most orders arrive within 1-6 business days from the shipment date.

  • Shipping Destinations: Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada only.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

    • Intimate or sanitary products

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items

  • Partial Refunds:

    • Books with obvious signs of use

    • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games

    • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (not due to our error)

    • Items returned after 30 days

Refund Process

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
